Robot head preview

Robot head

A glossy TV-headed robot whose LED face acts out what your agent is doing: idle, thinking, searching, listening, speaking, working, happy, error or sleeping. Four head shapes, eyes that follow the pointer, a hop on click. 2D canvas, no WebGL, no dependencies.

Usage

import { RobotHead } from "@/registry/components/robot-head/robot-head";

<RobotHead />

When to use

A face for an agent or assistant that shows its live status: the avatar beside a chat, an agent card in a list (`antenna={false}`, small `size`), an empty or onboarding screen with some personality, or a status hero for a long-running job.

When not to use

A calm, abstract presence for voice (liquid-orb); a one-line inline "thinking…" (thinking-loader); a pointer showing where an agent is acting on the page (agent-cursor); serious or clinical products where a cartoon face is out of tone.
